A graduate of Oakwood University and Vanderbilt University, Holly has had over 10 years of data analysis and project management experience. Lena Winfree

Co-FOUNDER

Lena Winfree is a co-founder of Rachel + Winfree Data Analytics Consulting firm. A graduate of Oakwood University and Alabama A&M University, Lena has over 15 years of experience in data analysis, project management, data wrangling, curation, and mining. A native of Chicago, IL, Lena now resides in Nashville, TN. In her spare time, Lena enjoys gardening, singing, and spending time with her family.

Our Mission

At Rachel + Winfree, we recognize that small businesses are the backbone of our economy. According to the Small Business Administration, small businesses (500 employees or less) make up 99.9% of all businesses in the United States. Due to multiple challenges, small businesses frequently struggle with being able to successfully employ data analytics to achieve business goals or gain a competitive edge. That’s where we come in! We exist to help small businesses make the most of their data by helping them design and implement custom data strategies.
